Welcome to Jenue’s Journal, an honest magazine where new writers can find information and tell the world about themselves.  I ‘m Jenue but since that’s a tongue breaker, you may call me June.  On my Home page you will find helpful tips for the novice writer that I’ve learned myself through trial and error.  The articles on this page will focus mainly on writing and will cover various ways to improve your writing skills.

The My Work page is where I will post completed chapters of my current work.  Publishers and literary agents will consider these stories as “already published work” and shun them, but what I really want is to share my stories with you.  I feel like I’ve been keeping a wonderful secret and can’t wait to tell someone about it.   I hope you like them as much as I do and I’m looking forward to your comments and critiques.

Writers are fueled by life experiences.  I believe it’s the main ingredient for good writing, especially if you write fiction.  I’ve created an Editorial page because I’d like to share some of my life experiences and other none writing related articles with you.  The Acquaintance and Interview tabs need no introduction as they are self explanatory.

Jenue’s Journal is looking for talented authors to interview.  To apply, email the following information to jenue@yahoo.com

  • Title and book description
  • Publisher name
  • The link where the book is sold online
  • Personal background of author

Due to the high number of responses, only those accepted for interview will be contacted.  Good Luck!

For those of you who wish to comment on my articles please be polite and refrain from using foul language.  Obscene or vulgar comments will not be posted.  All comments are read before posting and email addresses are not shown.
